Love this place especially when they have sale items! The only negative thing is the music is very depressing funeral like. I can't stay in there to long without feeling sad from hearing it so I suggest wearing headphones in the store!

I usually love Hobby Lobby, which is why this experience was so disappointing. My trip started out great — I found so many cute goodies for my cat-themed bathroom and was genuinely excited about everything I picked out. I had quite a bit in my cart, and everything was going smoothly until I got to checkout. After everything was rung up, I was told they don’t accept tap to pay. I didn’t realize that, so I politely asked if they could set my items aside while I ran home to grab my bank card. (For reference, my house is literally three minutes away.) The cashier told me she would suspend the transaction and keep my items at the register for when I came back. I left immediately, went straight home, grabbed my card, and returned. After waiting in line again, I was told that as soon as I left, they put all my items back on the shelves. No apology. No explanation. Just “you’ll have to go get it again.” There was no offer to help regather the items — nothing. At that point, I said don’t worry about it, just forget it. The response I got was simply, “Okay, that’s fine,” which honestly made it feel like my business didn’t matter at all. It wasn’t about the inconvenience as much as it wa

Great place to shop for decorations for any event or just simply decorating your house/office. A huge variety in fabrics if you like making apparel. My wife bought and made alot of our wedding decorations from here. They always have great sales that usually rotate among the departments. Great gift ideas if you need a refreshing & different item. Employees are always ready to assist and are polite when approached.

It's a place that makes your Crafting dreams come true. But they really need to do something about their selection of music overhead. It never fails to walk into that store and they have something playing that makes you feel like somebody's dying. It really depresses me. This is the only store where I have to wear earphones and play my own music.
